With more than 26 years of dedication as a Buyers Specialist in the vibrant Tampa Bay area, Mary Frances has witnessed the evolution of this region and become an expert in its diverse real estate offerings. Her journey in real estate began working for a Title agency then moved to full-time REALTOR®. In the early years, she specialized in new construction, which allowed her to explore communities all in the Tampa Bay area. This then progressed to include properties of all types, single family, condos, multi-family, and of course waterfront - or as she likes to say, a Home for you and your boat!

She has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of buyers find not only their First home but also their Dream home. The search process can be an adventure, and when she finally discovers the perfect property, it truly makes all the hard work worthwhile. What’s even more rewarding is that many of her clients become lifelong friends.

Having resided in the St Petersburg / Gulfport area for more than 38 years, Mary Frances has seen this area blossom into a vibrant and thriving metropolis. Originating from Cleveland, Ohio, she has taken a long and winding road to Tampa Bay, her forever home. Her commitment to this community goes beyond real estate; she’s been a docent and speaker for the well-regarded Florida International Museum and Sunken Gardens, among other exciting adventures.
